With the end of the matches of the twelfth week, Al Shamal advanced to the top of the standings with 25 points, while Al Rayyan dropped to 24th place, second 22nd, and Al Duhail third 23rd, Al Gharafa advanced to fourth 21st, and Al Sadd dropped to fifth 20th, then Al Wakrah 19th, Umm Salal seventh 17th, Al Arabi eighth 16th, Al Shahaniya ninth 12th, Qatar tenth 11th, Al Ahli eleventh 7th, and Al Khor twelfth 4th.
