Delegation from State Migration Service of Turkmenistan Visits Airport Passports Department
In line with the exchange of expertise and strengthening cooperation between the State of Qatar and Turkmenistan, the Airport Passports Department received a delegation from the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan on Monday, 3 February 2025.
The delegation met with Major General Abdullah Ahmed Al Ansari, Director of the Airport Passports Department, and attended a briefing on the department’s advanced electronic services. The visit also included a field tour at Hamad International Airport, where the delegation was introduced to the latest systems in use, including the e-gates at arrival and departure halls, document fraud detection mechanisms, and other procedures that ensure the smooth and secure movement of travellers.
