Primary Purpose Of The Job
Provide efficient and professional secretarial and administration support services to the Assistant Manager and staff in the respective division. Duties include ad-hoc and routine reporting, document management and scheduling.
Required Experience And Skills
Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar position. - Experience in handling of confidentiality business information and documentation. - Able to operate the computer according to administrative standards and specified computer operations. Required thorough reviews of incoming documents and collection of all related correspondences.
Educational Qualifications
Completion of Secondary school (12 Years) or higher. - Proficiency in English. Bilingual (Arabic / English) will be preferable. - Good level of communication in English both oral and written. - Good communication and typing skills. - Computer literate (Ms Office).
