Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team and help us optimize our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data-driven decision-making, and a passion for improving operational processes. If you are not afraid of numbers and on-ground experience, then you are a perfect fit.
(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing:Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Identify optimization opportunities and execute from start to finish.Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational performance.Collaborate with Core Verticals teams to gather requirements, provide data-driven insights and lead projects on operational performance improvement.Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field.3+ years of experience in operations and data analysis.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, BI tools and in Microsoft Power Point.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
