Job Description

Acts as an ambassador and is responsible for managing activities intended to achieve sales objectives, namely: promoting product attributes to the client, developing and enhancing their skills to increase sales results, and participating in the promotion of a positive work/store environment.Welcome every client and provide the best Client experienceAdvise clients across all brands and all product categoriesDirects clients by escorting them to racks and counters, suggesting suitable items.Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred client sales and future merchandise of potential interest.Responsible to keep the stock in good condition (price tags clean and stored properly).Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clientele tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty.Identifies sales process improvement opportunities and provides information to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement.Be a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.

Skills

Minimum High School Diploma1 to 2 Year sales experience, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, store departmentFluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a team-driven environmentGood organization and learning skillsMust be proactive and results drivenInitiativeNetworkingIntegrity & trustPassion for the brand & outstanding client serviceCommercial MindsetProfessional Attitude
